About the role

This is a 6-month internship based in our Paris office, supporting our international Sales and Sales Support teams. This role is a unique opportunity to learn firsthand how the podcast industry works globally and develop essential skills in Sales and Campaign Management within a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the International Planning & Campaign Manager in Paris, you will build relationships across multiple countries and languages and will even have the opportunity to travel to London to meet the rest of the International Team.

What you´ll do

• Media Planning: Work with the Planning Manager to create media plans based on advertiser KPIs, checking inventory availability and campaign suitability across Acast’s formats.

• Sales Collaterals: Collaborate with the Sales Team to create responses to briefs and deliver rationales for podcasts that best match our clients' audiences.

• Reporting: Support the Campaign Management team by monitoring campaign pacing and making optimizations to ensure top performance and results for clients.

• Campaign Booking: Assist the Sales Planning team with booking campaigns in internal systems and learn the mechanics of campaign activation and setup.

• Cross-Functional Support: Work with Sales, Content, Ad-ops, and Planning teams to help move plans from the initial brief stage to live campaigns.

Who you are

• Podcast Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in the podcast industry, particularly across multiple countries and languages.

• Technically Skilled: You are highly competent in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Collaborative & Creative: You enjoy working with a variety of teams and bring a creative approach to problem-solving.

• Organized Multi-tasker: You are capable of managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

• Multilingual: You are fluent in English and French (knowledge of another language is a bonus).
