Chef d'équipe DSP Purification - Région Bordelaise (F/H/X)
AbbVie seeks a DSP Purification Team Lead for its Martillac site in the Bordeaux region. The role involves overseeing a team of technicians in large-scale recombinant protein purification within a GMP environment, with responsibilities spanning equipment operations, team development, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize DSP technician team through scheduling, task prioritization, and shift handovers
- Oversee employee development including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and certifications
- Supervise and coordinate purification operations including equipment installation, qualification, and execution
- Ensure GMP compliance for all operations through documentation management and batch record validation
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and monitor team performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in biotechnology or equivalent field
- Minimum 3-5 years production experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnological environments
- Confirmed expertise in purification techniques and methodologies
- Knowledge of GMP environments and single-use equipment systems
- Team leadership experience preferred; strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to make rapid decisions and manage unexpected situations effectively
