Le poste 

Au sein de l'équipe Finance en charge du périmètre Technology – R&D IT, vous serez en charge de participer activement au pilotage financier des activités IT en vous concentrant notamment sur les projets de recherche et développement technologique (OPEX, CAPEX, projets stratégiques).  

Les missions
En étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques locales et les fonctions support, vous devrez:

• Faire le suivi budgétaire des équipes IT (projets, OPEX, CAPEX),
• Participer aux clôtures mensuelles (analyse provisions, écarts vs budget),
• Préparer des reportings réguliers à destination du management,
• Contribuer à l'élaboration des forecasts et du budget annuel,
• Assurer le suivi de la facturation interne (refacturation inter-entreprise, allocation analytique),
• Participer aux projets d’amélioration continue (digitalisation, automatisation).

Cette alternance vous offrira une perspective concrète, internationale et stratégique du contrôle de gestion au sein d'un environnement technologique en pleine mutation.

Votre profil

• Suivre une formation de niveau Bac +4/5 avec une spécialisation en contrôle de gestion, finance ou comptabilité,
• Avoir un goût prononcé pour les chiffres,
• Etre à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, Google Sheet (Excel, tableaux croisés dynamiques, formules),
• Avoir un niveau professionnel en Anglais,
• Qualités requises : prise d'initiatives, force de proposition, rigueur, communication

Durée de l'alternance: 1 an.

Le poste est basé sur Neuilly sur Seine, France.

The Role
Within the Finance team in charge of the Technology – IT R&D, you will be responsible for actively participating in the financial management of IT activities, focusing in particular on technological research and development projects (OPEX, CAPEX, strategic projects).

How to make an impact

You will work closely with the technical teams locally and support functions where your responsibilities will include:

• Budget monitoring for IT teams (projects, OPEX, CAPEX),
• Participation in monthly closings: analyzing provisions and variances against budget,
• Preparation of regular reports for the management team,
• Contribution to the development of forecasts and the annual budget,
• monitoring internal invoicing (inter-company re-invoicing, analytical allocation),
• Participation in continuous improvement projects (digitalization, automation),

This apprenticeship will offer you a practical, international, and strategic perspective on management control within a rapidly changing technological environment.

About you

• Master Degree (Bac +4/5), with a specialization in management control, finance, or auditing,
• Having a strong interest in numbers,
• Google sheets and Excel,
• Soft skills: proactiveness, rigor, communication.
• Profesionnal level in French and English

Duration of the apprenticeship : 1 year

The role will be based in Neuilly sur Seine.
