Team Lead Sales (Inside Sales France) (F/M)

Context

Veesion is a fast-growing Series B scale-up delivering AI-powered theft detection to retailers across France, Italy, Spain, the US, Brazil, and beyond.

As we grow, we're looking for a charismatic, hands-on Team Lead who loves coaching salespeople more than building strategies. Your mission is simple: create an environment where every rep performs at their best, improves every week, and enjoys coming to work.

Your mission

Lead and develop our Inside Sales France team by being present, available, and leading from the front.

Every day, you will

• Coach reps through live calls and real-time feedback.

• Help unblock deals, handle difficult objections, and jump in when needed.

• Run energetic daily stand-ups and keep the team's momentum high.

• Celebrate wins and create a positive, high-performance culture.

• Hold regular 1:1s focused on development and confidence.

• Hire, onboard, and ramp new Account Executives.

• Set clear expectations, give honest feedback, and manage performance fairly.

• Be the person the team turns to when they need support.

You'll still carry a small number of strategic opportunities to stay close to the reality of the job, but your priority is always the success of the team—not your personal quota.

About you

• You define yourself as a high-energy sales leader .

• You genuinely enjoy coaching others more than closing deals yourself.

• You have 3+ years leading B2B Inside Sales teams (SMB experience preferred).

• You have a proven track record as both a top sales performer and an inspiring manager.

• You give direct, actionable feedback and help average reps become top performers.

• You enjoy hiring, onboarding, and developing talent.

• You lead by example and naturally create trust within a team.

• You are fluent in French; English is a plus.

• Retail experience is a plus.

• You are AI-native and use AI to improve coaching, role-plays, hiring, and day-to-day productivity.
