What you will do

Design and manage the onboarding journey

  • Ensure a consistent and high-quality onboarding experience across locations (FR, EMEA, APAC, NA).

  • Develop, implement and improve onboarding programs across the organization.

Drive Employee Experience

  • Make sure joining Mistral is a pleasure, even before you join until weeks after your arrival

  • Measure onboarding effectiveness through key metrics;

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement scalable solutions.

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, IT, Workplace to ensure onboarding readiness.

  • Ensure equipment & required resources are available before each employee's start date.

  • Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, orientations and key integration milestones;

  • Coordinate and facilitate travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for new joiners who need it during onboarding weeks.

Build Scalable Processes

  • Design and optimize onboarding workflows, tools, and documentation.

  • Drive automation and operational excellence to support business growth.

  • Maintain onboarding resources, guides, and knowledge repositories.

About you

Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering end-to-end onboarding programs, with a strong focus on employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement programs that align with business goals and drive results.

Profile

  • Proficiency in streamlining HR processes to enhance efficiency, improve employee experience.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in HR technology solutions, such as HRIS, Payroll, ...

  • Hands-on and doer.

  • Builder mindset.
