We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join an international team.

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Project Management Intern to join our dynamic Client Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, workflow management, and campaign delivery within the advertising and marketing industry. You will work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple client projects across different teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and proactively follow up with stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal team assignments and ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting recaps, and action-item trackers.
• Participate in project kick-off meetings, status meetings, and client check-ins, documenting key decisions and next steps.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, campaign reports, and project documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and workflows.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong interest in project management, operations, marketing, or advertising.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
