As part of our Analytics & Data Science team, you will work alongside Data Analysts and Data Scientists across France, Italy, and Germany to uncover insights about customer behavior and business performance. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Analytics Intern to join our Analytics & Data Science team in Paris.

You will work closely with senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists to analyze customer behavior, build analytical solutions, create dashboards, and support strategic decision-making across multiple business areas.

This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with large-scale datasets and modern analytics tools in a fast-growing international company. 

Your next missions:

• Collaborate with Senior Data Analysts and Data Scientists on customer, product, operations, and pricing topics

• Explore and analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights

• Build scalable analytical solutions using modern data tools and methodologies

• Design and execute experiments to measure business impact and customer behavior

• Create and maintain reliable dashboards (Tableau preferred)

• Develop, structure, and optimize datasets to support ongoing and future analyses

• Define, monitor, and report key business and customer performance indicators (KPIs)

• Help automate reporting workflows and improve existing data processes

• Translate business questions into structured analytical frameworks and recommendations

• Support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions through clear and impactful analysis

What We Are Looking For :

Technical & Hard Skills:

✔ Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory)

✔ Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory)

✔ Solid understanding of statistics and data analysis concepts

✔ Experience working with large and complex datasets

✔ Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools

✔ Ability to deliver clear, reliable, and actionable insights

Soft Skills: 

✔ Passion for data analysis, statistics, and problem-solving

✔ Comfortable balancing quick business requests and in-depth analytical projects

✔ Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail

✔ Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

✔ Ability to work independently while seeking guidance when needed

✔ Excellent communication skills in English (French and/or Italian are a plus)

✔ Strong collaboration and time-management skills

Educational Background:

✔ Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in:

• Data Science

• Business Analytics

• Statistics

• Mathematics

• Engineering

• Computer Science

• Economics or other quantitative disciplines

✔ A profile combining both technical and business understanding is highly appreciated

• 6-month paid internship

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

• Starting Date: ASAP

• Working Hours: 35 hours per week

• Working Mode: On-site during the onboarding period, with the possibility to switch to a hybrid mode after 2 months (depending on performance and autonomy): 3 days in the office / 2 days working from home

PACKAGE

• €1,000 Gross monthly remuneration

• Swile card with €10 meal vouchers per working day

• 50% reimbursement of your Navigo pass
