Chain of Events runs three summits, all in Paris, all within the same week:

• Signal Week — the institutional summit for digital assets. Founded in 2019 as Paris Blockchain Week and elevated to Signal Week in 2026, it draws 10,000+ attendees from 100+ countries, roughly 70% of them C-suite. Its last edition convened 250+ banks and financial institutions, over $50T in assets under management, and 70 government officials and regulators — BlackRock, J.P. Morgan, Deutsche Bank, Fidelity, BNY Mellon, Citi, the London Stock Exchange, ESMA and the European Commission among them. The thesis: TradFi and digital assets are no longer two industries but one financial system being rebuilt on shared rails.

• RAISE Summit — the AI summit for decision-makers. Launched in 2024, it has grown from 2,000 to 9,000+ attendees across three editions (80%+ C-level, from 76 countries), with 350+ speakers spanning AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, agentic systems, sovereignty and policy. The 2026 edition at the Carrousel du Louvre featured Mark Cuban, Yann LeCun and Nelson Griggs (Nasdaq), plus the Versailles AI Gala, the RAISE Hackathon and RAISE the STAKES (1,100+ startup applications in 2026).

• MACHINA Summit — Europe's leading event dedicated to Physical AI: intelligence that acts on the real world through humanoids, industrial robotics, autonomous systems and next-generation human–machine interfaces. Its inaugural 2026 edition brought together the labs building humanoids and the enterprises deploying robotics at scale, with speakers from Google DeepMind, Boston Dynamics, NVIDIA, 1X, Apptronik and Agility Robotics. It's the fastest-moving brand in the portfolio, with the most white space ahead of it.

In July 2026, all three brands were acquired by Hyve Group , the global B2B events organiser behind Fintech Meetup, HLTH and Shoptalk. In July 2027, they'll converge on the Palais des Congrès during the exact same week.

The role and its stakes

As Customer Success Officer, you are the primary partner for Chain of Events’ strategic sponsors across Signal Week, RAISE and MACHINA. This is not a support role: you own the relationship end to end, from contract signature to renewal, and you are accountable for whether partners get what they paid for and come back the following year.

Sponsors invest to reach an audience where 70 to 80% of attendees are C-level. Their expectations are high, the dates are fixed, and in 2027 three summits will run in the same week. Your job is to make sure every deliverable lands, and that every partner leaves with a clear return on investment.

Concretely, you will:

• Own a portfolio of top-tier partners. You are their dedicated point of contact. You understand their business goals and build relationships that last beyond a single edition.

• Lead onboarding and delivery. You make sure every contractual deliverable is executed: marketing campaigns, speaking slots, branding, booth logistics, across all three events.

• Coordinate internally. You work with Sales, Marketing and Operations so that partners experience one consistent Chain of Events, not three separate teams.

• Maximise partner ROI. You advise partners on how to optimise their presence, using data and creative solutions to increase their return.

• Drive retention and upsell. With the Sales team, you identify renewal and expansion opportunities and turn one-time sponsors into long-term strategic partners.

• Help build the CS function. You implement the best practices, tools and reporting workflows that will allow the department to scale with a consistent, high-level standard.

• Deliver on site. During the events, you are on the ground with VIP partners, solving issues in real time.

How your success is measured: the quality of sponsor onboarding and of the end-to-end customer journey, per-event renewal rates, and a defined retention and upsell target. Both renewal and upsell are tied to your bonus.

About you

• 1+ year in Customer Success, Account Management or a related client-facing role.

• Strong project management skills: you can run dozens of deliverables in parallel on fixed, non-negotiable dates.

• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders at large institutions and tech companies.

• Real curiosity about AI, robotics and digital assets.

• Proficient with HubSpot and Monday.com . Familiarity with Lovable and GitHub is appreciated.

• Fluent English; French is a strong advantage.

• Willing to work in an events cycle: intense build-up phases, then on-site execution weeks that demand everything.
