La mission :
The Marketing and Communication France team is working closely with other EMEA countries as well as Global Headquarters teams. The Marketing assistant will have 360 view of the marketing function and will actively participate in the development, support, actions and analysis.
Job Responsibilities: The digital transformation of company / Digital marketing: · External actions: - Seminars- Webinars
- Events follow up
- End -to - end Marketing campaign
- Digital campaign on social media
- Content editing on social media
- Web site - SEO
- CRM contact update · Internal actions:
- Development and improvement of internal digital tools (Jive social platform, Skype) for CWT France employees
- Perform market analysis and research on competition (benchmarking)Design and preparation of marketing material for Sales team:
- Launching new offers (Launch strategy, go to market)
- Define future needs
- Design of supporting materials (PTT...)
- Continuous contact with sales teams and product experts for the improvement of these media Event management: - Organize the annual event CWT France (February-March)
- Participate in organization & promotion of different events CWT is looking for a motivated person who is eager to learn in a rapidly changing company. The future trainee will be fully integrated into the company's projects and the right arm of the marketing manager
Le profil :
We encourage the marketing assistant throughout his internship to be proactive and lead some topics to 100%. We are looking for someone who can work on several projects in parallel in autonomy.
- High level of English & French is a must- At least Bachelor degree (licence 3)
- Professional Experience: previous internship in marketing & communication or project management would be a plus
- Excellent knowledge of MS office (Power Point is a must), InDesign would be consider as a plus.
- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and advertising campaigns (emails, push...)
- Knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, online analytics and Google AdWords) is a plus
-A good understanding of the travel industry is a plus
