Your mission

• Build and manage your own pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting.

• Develop Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts.

• Manage complex B2B sales cycles and engage multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.

• Understand clients’ business, climate and regulatory challenges and translate them into commercial opportunities.

• Own the full sales cycle.

• Maintain a rigorous pipeline and forecast in Salesforce.

• Work closely with Growth, Marketing, Product and Climate experts.

About you

• 4+ years of successful B2B sales experience, ideally with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.

• Strong hunter mindset with a proven ability to generate your own opportunities and close complex deals.

• Comfortable engaging and influencing senior decision-makers.

• Fluent English and French.

• Strong interest in climate change, sustainability and corporate transition challenges.

• Good understanding of the regulatory landscape impacting companies and the sustainability market (e.g. CSRD/ESRS, climate risks, transition and adaptation).

• Autonomous, structured, resilient and results-driven.

• Strong team player with excellent listening and collaboration skills.

You build a strong and predictable pipeline, open strategic accounts, close significant new business and become a trusted partner for both your clients and the AXA Climate team.
