Senior Account Manager (2D + 3D Print / Point of Sale Materials), Paris

Purpose of the jobOur Senior Account Managers work alongside HH Global Account Directors, client stakeholders, suppliers and other global Colleagues to ensure solutions are developed and delivered on time and against operational and financial business targets. You’ll be a leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the account - managing the tactical components of running the daily business, balancing daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combining vision and reality into effective plans. This role combines pitching and strategic planning as well as driving excellent project delivery for existing clients. The areas of spend currently under management with this client are 2D Print and 3D Point of Sale Materials (POSM) solutions.You'll operate on a blended basis between the local HH Global office, client / vendor site(s) and home as necessary. Key responsibilitiesPlay a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction through client liaison and the management of internal resource departments, your client engagement team and external suppliersOwn and resolve issues, quality concerns or corrective actions - influence client thinking to produce outstanding resultsManage the ongoing personal development of your team members through appraisals, one‐to‐one meetings, mentoring and trainingDevelop effective account growth strategies and manage opportunities for the client, building yearly development plans and managing the overall financial performance and success of the accountProviding technical input and advice on projects as required to achieve high quality standardsRegular MI reporting, production of account relationship plans, risk identification and managementRelationship Management with all key stakeholdersContract review and renewalKnowledge, skills + experienceAdvanced client service management experience, including time spent working on client site(s), developing and maintaining client relationships and across multiple vendorsExperience in 2D Print and 3D POSM Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team membersHas built client success - delivered account planning, client service plans, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, strategic account leadership and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.People Management experience including performance management and team leadershipA proven track record of operational management for client services departments, P+L / budget management and account level financial reportingExcellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation), with clarity of expression and the ability to present to and influence various stakeholder groups at all levels of seniorityFluent in English and French#LI-EL1#LI-HybridPayTypeSalary
