Le Plongeur Bar (H/F) assiste à la maintenance, préparation et propreté des locaux et de l’équipement du service restauration afin de fournir un service de qualité pour satisfaire la clientèle et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Fournir aux équipes restauration le matériel dont elles ont besoin,

• Organiser le matériel selon les fonctions et les besoins,

• Promouvoir l’établissement, et tous les produits qui s’y rapportent,

• Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,

• Respecter les procédures, les standards et les valeurs Marriott.

Gestion et organisation

• Maintenir les espaces de stockage et le matériel rangés, propres et organisés,

• Assurer l’hygiène et la propreté de son poste de travail et des équipements s’y rattachant,

• Ramener les plats sortant de la cuisine pour les apporter en salle

• Nettoyer régulièrement les tables, plateaux lorsqu’il quitte la salle

• S’adapter au déroulement du service en fonction des contraintes salle/cuisine
