Onboarding & Talent Development Specialist

Join our HR team in Paris as a Talent Development & Onboarding Specialist, coordinating onboarding and supporting talent development initiatives to deliver consistent and engaging employee experience. Fluency in both English and French is required.

Your future role within QRT:

Talent Development Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, technical setup, and materials for internal and external sessions
  • Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including session setup, attendance tracking, enrolments, and user support
  • Partner with global teams and external vendors to deliver engaging and consistent learning experiences
  • Support the implementation of QRT's learning and development strategy in line with global initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Analytics team to monitor learning activity, measure program impact, and generate insights
  • Manage digital learning platforms, ensuring content is current and engagement is tracked
  • Promote training opportunities across the business and liaise with external providers for delivery
  • Provide coordination and admin support across day-to-day initiatives led by the QRT Academy team
Onboarding Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging induction sessions to introduce new joiners to QRT's culture and ways of working
  • Serve as the first point of contact for new employees, supporting a smooth onboarding journey
  • Liaise with HR, Compliance, Office Management, and Security to coordinate onboarding processes in Paris
  • Manage the Buddy Program, including tracking participation and gathering feedback
  • Maintain and distribute welcome kits and learning resources in a timely manner
  • Contribute ideas to enhance the onboarding experience and new joiner engagement
  • Support the rollout of onboarding tools, systems, and global initiatives
Your present skillset:
  • 5+ years in a similar role within talent development, onboarding or learning and development in a global organisation
  • Genuine interest in employee experience and fostering a strong learning culture
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders
  • Methodical and thorough approach to planning and coordination.
  • Comfortable using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday (preferred) and other digital learning tools
  • Able to monitor training impact, interpret learning data and generate relevant insights
  • Clear and confident written and verbal communicator, ability to engage employees at all levels
  • Proactive and dependable, with the ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
