Account Manager Special Projects H/F
ABOUT WE ARE ONA
WE ARE ONA is a creative studio specializing in the design and production of 360° culinary experiences in France and internationally. Based in Paris and New York, we collaborate with prestigious brands, particularly in the luxury, fashion, and art sectors, as well as the broader creative industries.
5 to 7 times a year during major cultural fairs, WE ARE ONA opens ephemeral restaurants where a guest designer and a chef are curated to create a unique culinary concept. These experiences take place in unconventional locations (non-restaurants), serve as direct-to-customer activations, and gather an exclusive community of KOLs, VIPs, and C-level guests.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Special Project are all events involving unconventional formats ranging from Brand Guidelines to ephemeral restaurants and long term F&B outlets encompassing a diverse range of activities, including PR, brand association, consulting and specific challenges related to intellectual property and communication strategies.
Within the Events Department, the Account Manager reports to the Head of Events, General Manager, and CEO, with whom they will collaborate closely.
You will focus on Special Projects and sit at the heart of the agency’s execution. Your core responsibilities will include:
MISSIONS
1. Relationship Management (Clients, Chefs, Venues, Partners & Designers)
Lead daily interactions with all project stakeholders (operational, creative, commercial, marketing).
Act as the primary point of contact for all ongoing projects, from pre-production to post-production.
Responsible for the legal framework and the negociation each stakeholder.
2. Project Management (Events & Special Projects)
Project Oversight: Act as the operational interface between WAO internal teams and the client, from the initial brief to final execution.
Resource Planning: Manage and plan resources for each project.
Budget & Scheduling: Construct and lead budgets; prepare and monitor project timelines.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate Design, F&B, and Production teams at every project stage.
Quality Control: Follow up on projects, manage feedback loops/corrections, and ensure deliverables strictly align with client briefs.
Event Production: Coordinate all production-related aspects: scenography, logistics, technical and creative vendors, staffing, etc.

3. Financial and Administrative Management
Draft commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and oversee the entire sales cycle.
Ensure project profitability and the proper valuation of the agency’s work.
Draft and manage sophisticated agreements, with a focus on image transfer rights for WE ARE ONA’s ownership on scenographic and intellectual properties.
Secure and monitor Intellectual Property rights and royalty structures, ensuring all partnerships and collaborations are legally sound and commercially optimized.
PROFILE
Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top Business School or specialized Communications program.
Strong interest/passion for hospitality and design.
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Account Manager or Partnership Manager in an event production agency or within the Events/Communications department of a luxury Maison.
You have successfully led the rollout of multiple international event projects and have experience managing a team.
Knowledge of image rights, intellectual property, and rights transfers.
Perfect command of PowerPoint and Excel (Google Suite).
Strong project management skills combined with a high sensitivity to creative industries (luxury, fashion, art, design).
You balance creative sensibility with commercial acumen, rigor, and high standards.
Excellent relationship-building skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders. You are autonomous and a team player.
Convincing, proactive, highly reactive, and exceptionally organized.
Fluent in French and English (essential).
Valid Driver’s License (Permis B).
