​​​​​We are looking for a Freelance Private Chef for a beautiful family villa in Formentera , one of the most exclusive Mediterranean islands known for quiet luxury, crystal-clear waters, and a relaxed lifestyle. The villa is located next to the sea, offering an exceptional working and living environment.

This is a seasonal freelance opportunity suited for a chef who enjoys calm private settings, healthy cuisine, and independent work with a respectful household routine.

Key Details

Household

1. Normally: 2 adults
2. During part of the season: sons (19–21) may be present
3. Peak period: occasional guest service for up to 10–12 guests (approximately 10 days total)
4. Schedule6 working days / 1 day off
5. Morning: Breakfast + Shopping + Lunch preparation
6. Afternoon: Free
7. Evening: Dinner service (Chef serves at the table)
8. Cuisine Style Healthy, refined Mediterranean / Asian-inspired cuisine
9. Vegetable and fish focused for the couple
10. Meat dishes for sons and/or guests
11. Elaborate but clean cooking style

Accommodation & Kitchen

1. Private ensuite room inside the property with A/C
2. Fully equipped semi-outdoor kitchen

A handover will be provided by the previous chef, including supplier contacts and routines

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare daily breakfast, lunch preparation, and dinner service
2. Menu planning aligned with the household’s preferences and dietary lifestyle
3. Daily shopping and ingredient sourcing using the provided car
4. Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and safe food handling routines
5. Set and clear the dining table for meal service
6. Maintain personal quarters clean and orderly
7. Support guest service during peak periods when required

3. Independent personality and able to manage daily planning autonomously
4. Clean, structured working habits and excellent organization
5. Strong healthy cuisine mindset with refined presentation
6. Experience in private households / villas / yacht / luxury service is a strong advantage
