Join Our Team as a Workshop Coordinator
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the workshop manager and be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients to our bodywork workshops
- Conducting expert assessments through photography
- Scheduling appointments via phone and managing the calendar
- Overseeing vehicle intake and ensuring proper handling
- Coordinating mechanical repair interventions, guiding your team through repair processes while adhering to legal standards
- Developing business opportunities and advising clients on necessary services
- Returning vehicles to clients and ensuring their satisfaction
About You:
- You hold a diploma ranging from BAC Pro to Bac +3 in a technical and/or commercial field
- You are meticulous, autonomous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- You have a strong team spirit and a good commercial sense
- You are proficient in computer skills
- You have experience in automotive after-sales service
- You hold a valid driver's license (permis B)
