Automation Engineer (PowerAutomate / Azure Functions)

Context: The Cyber Defense department of our client provides the Group with a cybersecurity solution: the teams deliver operational security services to protect, detect and respond to cyber threats that could impact the Group. The team also ensures that Security principles are used, and that Products development and projects are aligned with Security strategy frameworks, as delivered by Group Security. Part of it, into the "Network & Messaging product" team, a web filtering solution to secure and filter access to and from Internet: this solution is entitled Secure Web Gateway, which is currently based on Skyhigh vendor. We are looking for the service of an external Automation Engineer service. Each year, we face the challenge of handling more than 9,000 requests from our internal customers through our ticketing system, ServiceNow. Therefore, we intend to automate a large portion of these requests to lighten the burden on our service teams. The service will also participate in the day-to-day operations of the product. Missions: The service will support all activities related to the product and drive automation initiative. Key responsibilities include:

• Analyze existing request processing to identify areas for improvement and automation
• Provide advice to the product team, leveraging expertise in PowerAutomate, Azure Functions, ServiceNow APIs, and the Skyhigh Web Gateway API
• Create automated workflows using PowerAutomate and integrate with the CMDB in ServiceNow to enhance efficiency in request handling
• Prepare clear technical documentation and procedures for BAU teams
• Collaborate with associated teams to implement automation
• Collaborate closely with vendor and provider to challenge, support and align their service to the need.

• Expertise in PowerAutomate and Azure Functions for automation
