THE TEAM
Team Name & Location: Customer Success team, based in Cologne, with a possible secondary option in Paris for German-speaking candidates.
Team Composition: Customer-facing team managing a portfolio of around 20 accounts, collaborating closely with internal teams including Product and Analytics, as well as key account clients.
Role Overview: This is a Customer Success Manager role in a SaaS environment, focused on managing and growing existing client relationships through strategic, long-term support that helps clients achieve their KPIs through the platform.
Tech Stack & Tools: AB Tasty platform, A/B testing and personalization tools, reporting and KPI analysis dashboards, and collaboration with Product and Analytics teams.
Additional Information: Priority location is the Cologne area with 2 days per week in the office; occasional travel within Germany is expected.
YOUR MISSION
Manage a portfolio of customers, maximizing expansion while minimizing churn.
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key account clients to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
Drive customer engagement, adoption, and performance by providing strategic consulting on testing and personalization optimization.
Lead workshops, CRO meetings, trainings, and technical implementations to enhance customer experience.
Liaise with internal teams, including Product and Analytics, to provide feedback, share insights, and contribute to product evolution.
Act as a trusted advisor for clients, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to both C-levels and end-users.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Proven experience in Customer Success or Account Management for SaaS companies.
Confidence in customer consulting, data analysis, and translating insights into actionable marketing plans.
Eagerness to proactively drive customer success, foster adoption, and contribute to business growth.
