The Role
As an Engineering Manager on the Product Engineering team, you will lead the development of systems that power our AI platform and products. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership to ensure we build scalable, reliable solutions for millions of users.
Our product engineering teams, typically ten members, turn AI research into production systems. Your work will influence how our engineering organization operates and how we deliver products to developers and end users.
You will balance technical contributions with team management, partnering with Product Managers to align engineering work with business objectives. The role is key to maintaining engineering standards, clear processes, and consistent delivery.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary contact for your team, removing obstacles to execution.
Own delivery of your team’s roadmap, ensuring projects meet quality and performance standards.
Partner with Product Managers to define roadmap, scope initiatives, and drive prioritization.
Contribute to architecture, system design, and code reviews, leading by example.
Define and evolve team processes to maintain clarity as the team scales.
Challenge engineers to take ownership and increase team resilience through knowledge sharing.
Hold your team accountable for results and execution.
Keep the team engaged in product direction.
