Role Summary

The role is to support different areas for the Finance and Control department in Paris including

• Accounting and Period end Close
• Accounts Payable
• Regulatory Reporting
• Tax reporting
• Management Reporting

Accountabilities and Responsabilities

• • Accounting
  • Support monthend close process for two legal entities ; prepare monthend manual entries , reconciliation of general ledger, sub ledger accounts and bank accounts
  • Support accounts payable process
  • Support the analysis and substantiation of balance sheet accounts ,
  • Support year end close process in terms of period end close, documentation, preparation of year end financial disclosures
  • Contribute to different accounting projects to improve processes, such as improvement of reconciliaition
  • Tax
  • Prepare VAT tax returns , support VAT prorata calculation
  • Support the preparation of Year End Coprorate Income Tax returns
  • Support Transfer pricing documentation process
  • Prepare different other tax returns
  • Contribute to different tax projects to improve processes,
  • Regulatory
  • Preparation of regulatory returns SURFI (RUBA) for 2 entities on a monthly and quarterly basis ,
  • Documentation of level 1 controls for regulatory reporting returns,
  • Support Monthly returns for Banque de France (TRICP) and support documentation update
  • Contribute to different regulatory projects to improve processes.
  • Management Reporting
  • Preparation of key indicators for Management , internal control, Front Office départements
  • Support and Contribute to the improvement of the quality of the deliverables, reporting packs, présentations for Management
  • Contribute to different management reporting projects
