  • Technical skills: solid experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau,...), proficiency in languages (SQL as mandatory, Python as a plus), and familiarity with Big Query, Airflow, dbt, and GCP
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and experimentation methodologies
  • Knowledge of tracking tools and methodologies (Segment, Rudderstack...)
  • Great communicator : excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Soft skills:
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and detail-oriented
  • You are data-driven : you are at ease with defining metrics to drive business decisions
  • You are a problem solver : you love to investigate issues and identify the root causes of problems in order to identify appropriate solutions
  • You have an analytical mindset : you are able to breakdown a big problem into smaller ones to solve them
  • You are customer obsessed: you are able to put yourself in our users' shoes and come up with creative ideas to improve their experience
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset : you do not hesitate to take ownership and "get your hands dirty"
About the recruitment process
