Senior Engagement Manager Workday Success Plan
The Workday Success Plans Team are all about our customers and their entire journey with Workday - we create programs to help them drive business value from their Workday applications. About the Role Workday is looking for a Senior Engagement Manager, with Strong HCM or Financials expertise to join our growing Deployment Success Management team, part of the larger Workday Success Plan (WSP) organisation. In this role, you are considered an expert with the Workday Deployment Methodology, leading/managing mid to large deployments and resolving complex issues in creative and effective ways. Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proficiency in the Workday' HCM and/or Financials product suite - Ability to work in diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate
across teams
- Provide guidance to partner and client resources during customer concerns.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and issues simultaneously.
- Review and assess projects are on schedule per defined project timeline.
- Confirm the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW
- Be a liaison for sales and partner relations by providing partner
implementation success data. About You Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience of project management with HCM, Payroll, Financial
within medium enterprise, large enterprise, and/or state and local governments.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft or
