MISSIONS/ SERVICE DIMENSIONS

The service holder will be in charge of all the Material / Welding and NDE aspects of the UFR package i.e. covering activities from design, qualification, supply, manufacturing, and construction to pre-com. / commissioning for operation. It shall ensure overall consistency with good industry practices and respect for code / technical standards requirements.

ACTIVITIES

As UFR Material / Welding and NDE Engineering Service for the UFR package, the service holder shall:

· Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding H3SE, implement H3SE rules and

requirements within his area of responsibility, and to comply with H3SE training requirements for the

position.

· Adopt and demonstrate exemplary behavior regarding the Company Ethics and “Code of Conduct” policy and promote and enforce the Anti-Corruption Program in force.

· Be informed of UFR-related Company Rules and Specifications (CR’s/GS’s), international norms, and standards, extracting all the applicable requirements for the Suriname package.

· Identify, implement, and manage any study, or/and qualification program that would be requested for UFR engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, installation.

· Coordinate the Materials, Welding & NDE studies related to design, risk analysis, QA/QC, etc.

· Ensure a clear definition of the technical scope of work and interfaces between contracts, producerequired CFT documentation, and review bidders' proposed execution plan and schedule.

· Ensure that all engineering, fabrication, construction, testing, qualification pre-commissioning, andcommissioning aspects are suitably addressed during the different engineering phases by timely reviewing (or having reviewed) and validating the relevant UFR documentation issued byContractor(s) (technical documentation/queries/derogation requests).

· Supervise and approve of Materials, Welding & NDE-related detailed design activities and support Engineering Manager in advising on and supporting qualification activities, linked to the use of newor nonstandard/common technology (NDE, Welding & Materials matters, etc.)

· Coordinate welding and NDT expertise and audit and vetting of equipment and service providers forthe Welding & Materials procurement and construction

· Define, develop, issue and maintain all necessary technical documentation related to the Suriname UFR packages. Support and participate also to the development and maintenance of Project Management main documents (SOR, FDP, PEP, PQP, Risks, etc.) for UFR matters.

· Ensure that HSE&Q issues are correctly handled in all UFR technical documentation. Raise subsequent comments and highlight deviations and unacceptable or unjustified design choices that could affect UFR equipment during fabrication, installation, and production.

· Act, as technical referent vis-à-vis Contractor(s), coordinate all the activities of the UFR Engineering team by informing, supporting, and directing personnel in their roles, responsibilities, and objectives.

· Participate in project reviews as requested by the client’ referential (PR, DER, CSPP...).

· Ensure safe working practices are used within the team during all phases of the project

· Ensure confidentiality of all the UFR documentation produced (whatever its support)

· Gather ‘lessons learnt’ and provide feedback to other Client OneTech entities as required and participate to the Project close-out activities/report.

CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT

The activity takes place in the context of the execution phase of a major project in Suriname. The Suriname GPI is a multidisciplinary team that coordinates the studies managed by the client OneTech on the Deep and Shallow Water discoveries of offshore Suriname Block 58.

The technical challenges the Project will face are the reservoirs development and management, FPSO and subsea production/injection system.

The Suriname Team will develop the Project with the objectives to maximize economical results by optimizing the reserves, the schedule, reducing the costs and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission, while maintaining the technical quality of the installations, with high H3SE requirements and focus.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Master’s degree in engineering, or equivalent

· Strong tropism for Project

· At least 10 years of experience in studies and execution phases of large offshore oil & gas projectsespecially linked to UFR equipment welding & NDE activities.

· Strong skills in multitasking work

· Work with a strong team spirit, manage skillfully and efficiently the relationships with Project teamand external teams (OneTech technical specialist, Contractor(s)s …)

· Spirit of synthesis, skills for solving technical issues

· Permanent concern for cost optimization on the Project activities

· Attentive to the Project needs and contribute to its process improvement.

· Autonomous, proactive and energetic

· Fluent in English

· Experience with TTE projects would be a strong plus
