- You have proven experience managing teams that shipped and operated business-critical systems.
- You have demonstrated ability in designing, building, and operating distributed systems to solve problems at scale.
- You have experience working with Graph Databases such as Neo4j, Memgraph, JanusGraph, ArangoDB, Amazon Neptune or PuppyGraph.
- Managed a team for over 2 years.
- You are an excellent communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively through complex technical problems with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, able to adapt strategies and solutions in response to emerging challenges and opportunities.
- Skilled in setting team goals and prioritizing features that align with business needs.
- Effective at giving and receiving feedback, enhancing the work environment and team collaborations.
- Possess excellent teamwork, communication, and technical problem-solving skills to contribute to multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams through the full design process from concept to launch, with minimal oversight.
- Maintain a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities and new challenges.
- Able to clearly articulate design decisions and strategies
- Proven ability to envision long-term goals and focus efforts to achieve them.
- Efficient in optimizing team workflows and processes to enhance team output and collaboration.
- Known for balancing fast iteration, strategic ambiguity, and high-quality outcomes in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in day-to-day workflows and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output
