With 3 exciting rotations across multiple countries , this program gives you hands-on experience on real-world infrastructure projects while developing the leadership and technical skills needed to thrive in an international environment.

Your Role & Impact

Would you like to work on one of our major construction sites ?

As a Graduate Engineer , you will take ownership of key responsibilities on-site, ensuring the success of large-scale infrastructure projects. Your mission:

• Organize the worksite from setup to completion
• Monitor contractual and financial management of projects
• Manage performance and ensure project milestones are met
• Lead and collaborate with teams on-site

You'll contribute to iconic infrastructure projects shaping the future such as a unique airport modernization project that is underway in Čáslav, which will prepare the facilities for new F-35 fighter jets.

What are we looking for?

• D egree in civil engineering with a passion for engineering, infrastructure, and sustainability.
• Curious and adaptable minds eager to take on real challenges and embrace diverse cultural experiences.
• Fluent in English and/or French (additional languages are a plus).
• Geographically mobile – Open to relocating internationally for assignments.
