Recruiter

Tasks
- Identify and attract qualified candidates through various recruitment channels.
Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
Collaborate with department heads to understand recruitment needs and refine job profiles.
Manage the selection and negotiation process through to candidate onboarding.
Ensure regular updates of candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
Requirements
Proven professional experience as a recruiter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of candidates and stakeholders.
Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and professional social networking platforms to identify and attract top talent.
Demonstrated ability to assess both technical and behavioral competencies in line with the company’s specific needs.
Proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
