As part of the BUILD team , you'll be contributing to a key MCP (Model Context Protocol) project, (brief description of the project — to be completed) , working closely with the Product team on a daily basis, as well as with our data engineers and data scientists.

Vos missions

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs in Python as part of our MCP project.
• Design, build and enhance our platform across multiple projects (APIs, internal tools, data pipelines).
• Collaborate closely with the Product team to understand requirements, propose solutions, and iterate on feedback.
• Optimize existing application code to improve performance and maintainability.
• Share best development practices and contribute to technical documentation.
• Take the initiative to improve our architecture, design, and development workflows.

Vos compétences

Core Skills

AI-Assisted Development

• Proficiency with Claude Code for AI-assisted development: code generation, refactoring, debugging, and codebase exploration. Ability to craft effective prompts and leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining code quality.

Backend (Python)

• Design, development, and maintenance of Python applications and RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Django, Flask). Strong focus on clean architecture, scalable patterns, performance, and best practices: testing, code reviews, continuous integration, and technical documentation.
• Ruby on Rails: familiarity or prior experience is a strong plus.

Data & Storage

• Strong SQL skills with ability to write complex analytical queries. Familiarity with Snowflake is a plus but not required. Experience with environments mixing SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB), and performance/caching tooling such as Redis and Elasticache.

Quality & Delivery

• Strong engineering discipline: automation and tooling with GitHub, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), testing, linting, and structured review processes. Experience working with cloud and scalable environments.
