About The Role

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts and help drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a minimum 6-month internship with the potential for extension or transition into a full-time role based on performance.

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to uncover insights, and testing new strategies to grow Bonsai’s user base. You’ll work closely with our Growth and Product teams to create compelling content, run experiments, and contribute to our overall marketing strategy.

This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and eager to learn about growth marketing in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Growth Initiatives: Support the execution of customer acquisition campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• SEO: Create and optimize content to improve organic search rankings, work on our backlinking strategy, repurpose content for social media.
• Social Media Marketing: create content and engage with target communities.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
• A/B Testing & Experimentation: Assist in running experiments to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
• Research : Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

Requirements

• A strong interest in growth marketing.
• Some experience with marketing tools like Google Ads, Linkedin Ads, or email marketing platforms (a plus but not required).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, or paid advertising is a plus.
• Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
