At Onoff, our brand is part of the product.
We're looking for a Senior Creative Designer who can do more than create beautiful visuals. We need someone who can understand complex products, translate ideas into compelling stories, and build content that drives both brand awareness and business impact.
This role combines creative execution, strategic thinking, content marketing, and brand building .
You'll work as the creative partner of our Brand Lead, helping shape Onoff's visual identity, communication strategy, and digital presence across both B2B and B2C audiences .
If you're equally comfortable discussing positioning, planning a content roadmap, and producing outstanding creative assets, we'd love to meet you.
Your mission
Help build a brand that people understand, remember, and trust.
You'll transform complex product features into clear, engaging content while ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership. We expect you to think before you design, challenge ideas when needed, and contribute to the evolution of our brand.
What you'll do
Creative Production
Design creative assets for product launches, campaigns and marketing initiatives.
Produce social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.
Create videos, motion graphics and short-form content optimized for digital platforms.
Adapt creative concepts across multiple channels and formats.
Maintain a high level of execution while working in a fast-paced environment.
Content Strategy & Communication
Quickly understand Onoff's products and value proposition.
Translate technical features into simple, engaging messages.
Build content plans that combine organic, paid and evergreen content.
Adapt messaging for different audiences across B2B and B2C.
Work closely with Product, Growth, Sales and Leadership teams to support business objectives.
Measure content performance and continuously improve creative approaches.
Brand & Creative Direction
Contribute to the evolution of Onoff's visual identity.
Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.
Help enrich our Brand Guidelines and creative standards.
Explore new creative directions, formats and storytelling approaches.
Bring fresh ideas while respecting the simplicity of the Onoff brand.
Social Media
Develop platform-specific content strategies.
Create content adapted to the unique codes of LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and X.
Balance brand-building initiatives with performance-driven content.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and audience engagement.
Innovation
Experiment with AI-powered creative tools.
Stay ahead of design, content and social media trends.
Continuously test new formats, workflows and creative approaches.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with strategic thinking.
You don't simply execute briefs: you help improve them.
You enjoy understanding products, identifying audience needs, and transforming business objectives into impactful creative work.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Creative Design, Brand Design, Content Design or Creative Marketing.
Experience working in a startup, SaaS or fast-growing technology company.
Strong portfolio demonstrating brand, content and digital creative work.
Excellent understanding of both B2B and B2C communication .
Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn as well as other social platforms.
Strong understanding of social media best practices, content strategy and storytelling.
Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging visual communication.
Excellent prioritization and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Professional English with excellent written and spoken communication skills ( C1 level or above ).
