- Strategy: Lead the BI and Analytics strategy, ensuring data infrastructure and analysis directly support business growth.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a VIP-level partner to the executive team and Finance, translating complex data into revenue-generating strategies.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and investors (Raise) regarding data performance, accuracy, and availability.
- Haute Fidélité: Guarantee the absolute accuracy of the data warehouse and dashboards to provide a "single version of the truth" for company steering.
- Excellence: Supervise and mentor the analytics team to ensure excellence in dashboarding and reporting.
- Methodology: Experience designing and measuring experiments, including A/B tests, switchback tests, and inference-based measurement methodologies.
- AI Mindset: Identify opportunities to integrate intelligent solutions into your workflows, turning complex manual processes into autonomous, scalable systems (automation-first mindset).
- Experience: Proven experience at a Director level in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Adtech DNA: Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and optimize Adtech monetization mechanics .
- Technical Mastery: Expert command of SQL and data warehousing technologies, with hands-on experience in Column-oriented databases . Familiarity with modern BI tools ( Lightdash, Grafana, or Superset ) is a plus.
- Experimentation & Causal Inference: Experience designing and measuring experiments, including A/B tests, switchback tests , and inference-based measurement methodologies.
- AI & Innovation (Nice to have): Interest or hands-on experience leveraging Generative AI tools in daily workflows to boost productivity and innovation.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical data and executive/financial strategy .
- Education: Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, or Business/Finance).
