Job Description

Historically, Deezer has developed real expertise in identifying, prospecting, and developing partnerships. Today, expanding and optimising our network of partners around the world has become one of the company's strategic pillars. With high ambitions and growing opportunities, the commercial division takes up many challenges every day in a dynamic and exciting working environment.

As a Sales Enablement Intern, you will play an important role, helping Deezer’s commercial division with the content, tools, and processes they need to grow existing partnerships and support new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities will be to support the Sales Enablement team in contributing to the development of sales materials, partner-facing assets, training content, operational processes, and internal communication initiatives.

Your primary focus areas will include cross-functional project management, from brief to delivery, collaborating with internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and creative stakeholders. You will also help with initiatives such as process improvement and new tool development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your daily missions will include:

• Sales Enablement Content & Tools
  Initiate, manage, and update enablement materials such as QBR decks, pitch decks, playbooks, onboarding/training content — and contribute to the development and updating of new or existing assets and best practices.
  

• Operations & Logistics
  Manage the partner gifting process (budget and suppliers, stock, creative assets, deliveries) and ensure smooth execution of incentive programs (e.g., visits from our foreign partners).
  

• Internal Communication & Knowledge Sharing
  Promote internal communication within the Partnerships division (e.g., maintaining the open-space screen), centralize sales documentation, document and structure internal processes and best practices, and support meeting efficiency through structured notes and reports..
  

• Onboarding & Training
  Help design and animate team onboarding days, and contribute to partner or training events (e.g., webinars, workshops).
  

• Improvement-Oriented Strategic Analysis
  Run and analyze surveys and internal data to provide actionable recommendations. Identify operational pain points, prospect new tools, and automate processes.
  

• AI & Innovation
  Explore and propose innovative AI-powered solutions to streamline workflows, improve processes, and unlock new opportunities, leveraging skills in prompt engineering and emerging approaches such as vibe coding. Use AI as a copilot rather than on autopilot, combining its capabilities with critical thinking, creativity, and human judgment to deliver meaningful results.

This is a 6-month internship, Paris-based, mandatory from January 2027.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in Economics, Business, Marketing or Operations Management, ideally at the end of your studies (end-of-studies internship)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English

• Advanced familiarity with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail)

• Proven ability to take ownership of projects, work autonomously, and proactively drive initiatives from concept to delivery.

• Resourceful, curious, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, with the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, comfortable working cross-functionally, and building relationships with multiple stakeholders

• Positive, enthusiastic mindset and being excited to work within a music-oriented environment
