Apprenti Cuisine (H/F) - Paris Marriott Champs Elysees Hotel

L’apprenti Cuisine H/F assure la réalisation des préparations culinaires en suivant les indications de ses supérieurs en matière de recettes et procédés de cuisson et n’hésite pas à aller au-delà des attentes du client pour répondre à tous ses besoins.

Il aura pour missions principales de :

Satisfaction clients et qualité

• Préparer les mets à servir dans les différents points de ventes en commençant au moment le plus opportun compte tenu du temps nécessaire à leur préparation et cuisson pour la plus grande satisfaction du client et tout en respectant les normes d’hygiène,

• Terminer certaines préparations au moment du service

• Transmettre les plats soit à un autre cuisinier qui les complète, soit au chef de cuisine, soit à la personne qui les transportera et les servira (dans ce cas, s’assurer que la procédure de facturation soit bien respectée : émission de la commande par le système micros)

• Communiquer à son responsable toute anomalie,

• Assurer une parfaite collaboration avec les autres services,

• Préparer et participer aux taste panels.
