➡️ Mission

Join us as Talent Acquisition Intern to help us hire the interns and apprentices shaping Qonto's next generation of talent. You'll screen and source across Tech, Product and Business, working closely with our 20+ Talent Acquisition Managers, under the guidance of Aurélien, our Head of Talent Acquisition.

➡️ What you'll do

• Hire our interns and apprentices: Alongside the other TA intern, you'll own CV screening and sourcing for every intern and apprentice role, across all teams.
• Support senior hiring: You'll analyse the labour market to find candidates for critical, senior roles when needed.
• Sharpen our process: You'll spot friction points in how we hire and help fix them.
• Drive TA projects: You'll contribute to initiatives like campus management, salary and perks benchmarking, and tooling improvements.

➡️ What we're looking for

• Still studying, close to the finish line: You're pursuing a French Master's (or equivalent) in HR Management or a related field, and looking for your end-of-study internship.
• Fluent in French and English: German, Spanish or Italian is a plus.
• Hands-on and organised: You can juggle multiple priorities and keep a hiring process moving at pace.
• A natural communicator: You'll represent Qonto to candidates, so you're comfortable presenting yourself and building rapport fast.
• Open to working with AI: You're comfortable using AI tools to speed up screening, sourcing and admin work.

Before Qonto, he spent years in executive search across France and Europe. He's hands-on and genuinely invested in making recruitment sharper and more effective for everyone involved.
