YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) brings together our corporate activities. It provides guidance and support to subsidiaries around the world, to ensure the coordination and monitoring of the Group's global strategy, the application of its standards, the consistency of commercial approaches and the sharing of best practices. The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.

Within the Group, you will join the Group Audit Department which performs independent reviews in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the controls operated within the Group.

Within this Department, you will be part of the Central IT Audit team based in Paris 17th district which is composed of 20 auditors and managers covering IT and Cyber Security audit matters at Group level and for various AXA entities, as well as providing expertise and audit resources for the Internal Service Providers and the Regional IT audit teams.

Regular security trainings or CTF are organized within the team to upskill people and maintain the technical excellence of the team. During our reviews we have enough time to learn, develop ourselves and deep dive into the technical details.

Your job and daily missions :

• As a member of the audit team, conduct reviews over all Technology related areas in accordance to our methodology, including the followings type of assessments:
  • Application review
  • IT Management & Governance
  • Project Development & Delivery
  • IT Operations
  • Business Continuity
  • Information Security
• Document the controls performed during the audit
• Contribute to the draft audit report elaboration
• Participate to the presentation of the audit conclusions to the management
• Follow up audit issues and recommendations and monitor management's action plans progress
• Contribute to the development and the maintenance of IT audit work programs and tools

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for an auditor with good IT skills to perform independent reviews of IT applications, infrastructure and systems, as well as projects and processes across various entities in the scope of the Central IT Audit team.

The auditor will report to an IT audit manager.

• Minimum 4 years in IT audit, consulting, or IT operational responsibilities.
• Master's Degree (e.g. Engineer) specialized in information technology, security or network or specialized in IT audit.
• Be passionate of technology (e.g. know how to search for IT related knowledge)
• Show a great ability to listen, curious, be objective and rigorous, have a critical and analytical mind
• Have good communication skills orally and in writing, ability to convince and to write clear, precise and accurate reports
• Be fluent in both English and French (essential)
• Willing to travel for up to 20% of time
• Ability to work in a multicultural team
• Professional certifications like CISA, ITIL is a plus
