GenAI Engineer - Research Solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions within our existing infrastructure.
- Gather, analyze, and specify requirements , managing the development and deliverables of AI projects.
- Explore LLMs and agentic frameworks to turn academic papers into code.
- Leverage practical experience in AI technologies and frameworks , such as knowledge graphs, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI, to enhance AI capabilities.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Experience in running and scaling GenAI workloads in production, with a focus on traceability, monitoring, observability and debugging
- Proficient programming skills in Python and experience with complex software projects or data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs , agentic frameworks, RAG and vector database integration
- Familiarity with key libraries and tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenSearch, and Transformers
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for AI and the drive to explore and implement forward-thinking solutions.
- No prior finance experience is needed , as relevant industry knowledge can be acquired through training and collaboration.
