🚀 Your Mission

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the certification of our advanced payment solutions .
At the crossroads of technology, compliance, and business , you’ll drive high-impact projects ensuring our platforms meet international and domestic standards Visa, Mastercard, EMV, CB, Bancomat, Bancontact , and more.

You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, QA , and external certification bodies to make sure every Market Pay solution is validated, compliant, and market-ready .

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end certification projects define scope, manage timelines, align stakeholders, and deliver milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, QA) to ensure priorities and blockers are handled efficiently.
• Manage relationships with certification bodies, auditors, card schemes, and acquiring partners .
• Guarantee compliance and quality oversee testing, follow corrective actions, and ensure full adherence to scheme and acquirer requirements.
• Continuously improve workflows , optimizing for scalability and operational excellence.

🧠 What You Bring

• ✅ 3+ years of project management experience — ideally in Fintech, Banking, or Payments .
• ✅ Proven success in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• ✅ Knowledge of payment standards (EMV, PCI DSS, SEPA, 3D Secure, etc.); certification experience with card schemes/acquirers is a big plus.
• ✅ Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• ✅ A proactive, structured mindset — thriving in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments.
• ✅ Fluent English (written & verbal); experience with Agile tools (JIRA) is an advantage.
