We are seeking a Royalties and General & Administrative expenses Assistant to join our Accounting team of 6 people, reporting directly to our Senior Royalties Manager.

You will run the daily operations. You will also be an actor in Deezer’s projects to improve and strengthen the processes in a constantly evolving environment.

This is a 6-month internship with a start date from September onwards.

What you will do:

• Account invoices in both the procurement (Pivot) and accounting (Sage) tools,

• Be the representative of Deezer towards suppliers,

• Make payment vouchers,

• Help in accounting closing tasks (prepaid expenses, unreceived invoices),

• Ad hoc missions related to automation and process improvement depending on the motivation of the candidate,

• Participate in the improvement of IT tool and internal control.

This role is excellent for a person :

• preparing for a Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent.

• Must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English,

• Experienced in Sage or other accounting tool is a plus,

• Excel proficiency is a plus,

• Appetite for IT and process enhancement is a plus,

• Teamwork and rigor are keys to success!
