Role Description:

This job is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of the requirements of the Global Compliance – Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Management – Enterprise Policy (collectively “the Policies”) and the Compliance and Operational Risk Management Program through partnerships with the Global Compliance & Operational Risk (GCOR) risk officers.

Key responsibilities include assisting risk officers with questions related to the Program and communicating with teammates from all levels of the organization. Job expectations include assisting in combining and reporting process output data for GCOR Executives' Front Line Units, Control Functions, or Enterprise Areas of Coverage, while supporting consistent, timely, and quality execution of program elements including Monitoring and Testing, Scenario Analysis, Reporting and Governance, Risk and Control Self-Assessments, and Operational Loss.

Responsibilities:

• Supports the execution of Compliance and Operational Risk Management program elements, delivering each element on time and to the required standard and assisting with assessing risks, associated controls, and their effectiveness
• Assists in monitoring and reporting of adherence to program, while ensuring Compliance and Operational Risk issues are addressed timely and identifying program enhancements as appropriate
• Adheres to ongoing Laws, Rules, and Regulations, policies, standards, and procedures and engages in activities to provide support to Compliance and Operational Risk teams in order to provide independent compliance and operational risk oversight of Front Line Unit or Control Function performance
• Supports the Operational Risk Strategy, engages with local regulators, participates in meetings with senior business leaders and oversees regulatory inquiries
• Executes and monitors adoption of program enhancements, while identifying, remediating, and escalating problems or issues that arise and driving actions to address the root causes that lead to compliance risk issues and operational losses.
