Minimum experience: 5 to 7 years.

Mandatory requirement: Proven knowledge and experience with Murex.

Knowledge of ITIL principles and experience supporting business-critical applications are considered advantageous.

The position is 100% onsite in Paris . The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong commitment to operational excellence, reliable service delivery and the continuous improvement of IT production support processes.

Description:

We are seeking a Senior Murex Production Manager to oversee production support and service management activities within complex IT environments, ensuring service continuity, operational stability and effective governance. The role involves managing incidents, problems and change requests, coordinating technical and business teams, prioritising operational activities, driving service improvements and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include monitoring service performance, coordinating issue resolution, managing crisis situations, facilitating communication across multidisciplinary teams, organising knowledge-sharing initiatives and ensuring that agreed actions are implemented and completed within the required timeframes. The successful candidate will proactively identify operational risks, manage competing priorities and contribute to the continuous improvement of service quality and efficiency.

Candidates must have proven experience in production support, application management, IT service management, business analysis or similar client-facing operational roles, with strong expertise in incident management, change coordination, crisis handling and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills are essential, together with the ability to work autonomously, communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in fast-paced environments.
