The Team You'll Join

You'll be part of our global Accounting team at Mirakl.
The team operates on a global scope, ensuring the financial integrity of Mirakl's entities worldwide. Together, you'll be supporting accurate, timely financial reporting and contributing to the robustness of Mirakl's finance function as the company continues to scale.

Please note that this mission is a contractor/freelance opportunity and is entitled to 1-day remote work a week 

Your Impact

• Lead monthly and annual close processes, including managing accounts for foreign subsidiaries and liaising with local accounting firms
• Own fixed asset control (tangible, intangible, and internally generated assets), including depreciation calculations and reconciliation
• Ensure payroll accounting accuracy by booking monthly payroll entries in collaboration with the Controlling team and verifying the consistency of payroll and social charges
• Manage current tax compliance, including VAT declarations (France & international), CVAE, C3S, and DAS2, in coordination with the Tax department
• Prepare balance sheet justifications, intercompany account reconciliations, and audit-ready files for statutory auditors

What You'll Bring to the Role

Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting
• Proven track record managing multi-entity and/or international accounting scopes
• Experience preparing regulatory tax filings and working with external auditors

 

Skills:

• Strong command of general ledger accounting and month-end close processes
• Ability to manage intercompany transactions and foreign subsidiary accounts
• Payroll accounting and social charges compliance
• Tax compliance (VAT, CVAE, C3S)
• Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-scaling environment

• Oracle Suite (ERP)
• AI-powered tools (including Dust)

 

Languages

• French: Full professional proficiency
• English: Full professional proficiency

 

Compensation & Contract

This is a freelance / contractor engagement. Rate and terms are open to discussion based on experience and scope.
