User Acquisition Manager

To continue our amazing mission, we are seeking an ambitious and results-driven User Acquisition Manager to join our UA team 💪Â
Role Overview 👀
As UA Manager, you will for example participate in creative routines to ensure total alignement with product and UA strategy, challenge the status quo on every topic (creative, data, product, etc.) and make fast and enlightened decisions on wether to pursue with a prototype or not. You will have a real impact on the company's business.
Your missions:
Strategic UA Planning & Execution: Design and implement robust user acquisition strategies for each game’s vertical, that are aligned with business objectives, focusing on driving growth, player retention, gross margin and engagement.
Data-Driven Optimization: Regularly review performance metrics across all UA campaigns and channels of each game that you manage, make informed decisions and real-time adjustments to enhance campaigns effectiveness and player acquisition while educating the team.
Collaborative Partnerships: Work in close coordination with Product, Creative,Monetization and ASO teams to ensure user acquisition strategies align with broader project goals and result in successful campaigns. Improve cross-teams communication and processes.
Product & tools development: Improve our automation strategy and capabilities by working on product feedback and sharing features enhancements for our several automation, prediction and forecasting tools.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Challenge and contribute to the development and improvement of our Internal BI, Data Analysis and Reporting dashboards to improve strategic visions, reporting and help with Management decisions.
M&A audits: Participate with the UA Senior team in our inorganic growth acquisition strategy across publishing but also potential games audit and due diligence for acquisition.
Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor the latest gaming UA, Growth & Creative industry advancements, technologies, and trends to keep our strategies innovative and relevant, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge. In this objective, create and cultivate solid relations with other top gaming publishers and C-level executives as well as POCs of all our main UA channels. Participate in industry events as panel speaker and representative of Tapnation.
Embrace Innovation: Explore and implement emerging technologies, channels, and methods to stay at the forefront of UA practices, continually improving acquisition efforts and campaign performance.
Creatives: Put creatives at the center of your priority and attention, to iterate rapidly on new trends, find new winning creatives to allow scaling games on social & new channels.

May vary depending on the country (the example below concerns permanent employment contracts in France).
Remote policy: this position can be full remote if you are not in Paris.

Profile:
You have a passion for games, particularly mobile games and have a good affinity with the mobile game sector.
Proven experience in social ads management.
Have a creative and analytical mind.
Excellent analytical skills and full proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint.
3 to 4 years of experience in this position.
Complete fluency in English, both written and oral.
