IT Supervisor
- IT Asset Management: Ensure regular maintenance, perform software updates, and manage the installation of hardware and software.
- System and Network Administration: Configure, deploy, and maintain network infrastructure and servers.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networking.
- User Training and Support: Assist and train users on IT tools and respond to their daily technical needs.
- IT Security Compliance: Monitor and enforce the company's IT security policies to ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Data Protection and Confidentiality: Implement measures to safeguard sensitive information and control access rights.
- Inventory Management: Maintain up-to-date records of hardware and software assets across the IT infrastructure.
- Technology Watch: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and propose improvements to optimize systems and services.
- Fluency in English and French, a third language would be appreciated
- A significant experience in the parisian luxury hospitality industry-ideally a minimum of 3 years
