About Nūmi

Nūmi is a bioproduction platform harnessing human mammary cells to produce key ingredients with proven health benefits across all stages of life. More specifically, it is the first European cultivated breast milk company aiming to produce human milk constituents to better match the ideal nutrition for babies!  What are we looking for

You'll work directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on everything people-related. We're 20 people with solid HR foundations already in place. Your job is to scale what works, improve existing systems, and build what's missing as we grow. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, broad exposure, and the opportunity to help shape the culture and organisation of a fast-growing company.

 What you’ll do

• Recruitment
• Improve and automate our recruitment process (we use Workable)
• Screen candidate pipelines and coordinate interviews
• Support hiring for both business and scientific profiles
• Strengthen our employer brand further on LinkedIn, and other relevant channels
• People operations
• Iterate on our onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle HR admin (contracts, health insurance, meal vouchers, onboarding paperwork, SaaS tools, etc.)
• Support managers in running employee feedback processes (1:1 frameworks, bi annual performance review)
• Team culture
• Own wellbeing initiatives: goodies, offsites, team rituals, celebrations
• Create internal content (written guides on Notion, Loom videos, etc.) to improve clarity and autonomy
• Cross-functional support
• Leverage AI tools and agents to automate repetitive hiring and HR tasks
• Contribute to office management and ops tasks when needed

As a junior member of a small team, your scope will naturally expand to anything that brings value to Nūmi.

Requirements

• M2 student in a top-tier program (business school, or equivalent), and currently enrolled in a School/University in which the internship is part of the curriculum (has access to "Convention de Stage")
• At least 6 months of previous internship experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment

• Strong ownership: organized, proactive, solution-oriented
• Team player: positive energy, collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication: French & English
