Your Mission
As a Healthcare Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of patient care pathways. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration: Work closely with the department head to coordinate and enhance team efforts.
- Leadership: Guide, motivate, and support the professional development of your healthcare teams.
- HR Management: Oversee scheduling and the onboarding of new talent and students.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Education: A valid Healthcare Management diploma (mandatory).
- Experience: Expertise in psychiatry and eating disorders is essential.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary along with an attractive benefits package:
- Salary: €48,000 - €50,000 gross annually.
- Meals: Affordable full meals.
