What we are building:

• An AI suite dedicated to businesses: CRM, Marketing Automation, Unified Commerce, Analytics • Sovereign solutions for strategic public sector players: defense, intelligence, cybersecurity — All built on ArgonOS, our massive data processing platform, enhanced by Sinequa's RAG technologies.

Missions

* Financial reporting construction and management:

* Develop and structure comprehensive reporting, from top line to net income

* Ensure monthly production and variance analysis (actual vs. budget / forecast)

* Strengthen data reliability and automate reporting processes

* Cost monitoring and management:

* Budget and forecast management

* Cost monitoring in coordination with operational managers

* Expenditure optimization

* Revenue structuring and analysis:

* Collaboration with Business Unit managers

* Performance driver analysis (Top line tracking, ARR growth, etc.)

* Team management:

* Supervision of 5 management controllers

* Department organization and skills development

* Interface with the Finance Department:

* Key liaison within the CFO office

* Participation in exchanges with the Executive Committee & Operational Directors

* Coordination of cross-functional work:

* Oversight of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings

* Management of analytical work and ad hoc requests

* Transformation & structuring

* Implementation of new financial processes to deploy financial information in support of ChapsVision's growth

* Dimensioning and implementation of tools (BI, automation, Agentic)

* Adapting management control to scaling challenges

Candidate Profile

• Higher education in finance / management

• Proven experience in management control, ideally in a tech environment, complemented by experience in a firm (Transaction Services / audit)

• Managerial experience

Skills:

• Excellent command of Excel

• Strong accounting and financial background

• Ability to anticipate the needs of operational teams and the Executive Committee

• Agility and ability to handle ad hoc requests
