Account Manager (CDI) (AI Studio, Consulting & Build)
As an Account Manager in our AI Studio, Consulting & Build division, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of AI solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive project success and client satisfaction.
- Manage and nurture client accounts to foster long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify client needs and propose tailored AI solutions.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare and present reports on account status and performance.
Team Structure: You will work alongside a diverse team of AI specialists, project managers, and consultants.
Ideal Profile :The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client expectations and project outcomes.
- Experience in account management or client-facing roles.
- Understanding of AI technologies and consulting processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
