Greenly was founded in 2019 by Alexis , Matthieu and Arnaud with one mission: make carbon management as essential as financial management .

Today, we are a global leader in carbon accounting , proudly B-Corp certified and part of the French Tech 120 . Our climate suite combines smart data collection with intuitive automation, helping companies measure, reduce, and report their emissions with ease — supported at every step by our in-house climate experts.

More than 3,500 companies in 20+ countries use Greenly to manage their climate strategy: from carbon assessments and life-cycle analyses to SBTi trajectories and compliance with CSRD and CBAM.

We are now a team of 200+ people from 40+ nationalities , based in Paris, London, Barcelona, and New York.

To date, we’ve tracked over 200 million tons of CO₂ through our platform. Our next milestone: 10,000 clients and one billion tons of CO2 under management .

About the team

You’ll join Greenly’s Climate Delivery team , a group of customer-obsessed Climate Strategy Experts dedicated to guiding clients through their most strategic climate and sustainability challenges. Specifically, this role will be in the Strategic Accounts team , dealing with enterprise clients.

We deliver high-quality climate projects — carbon assessments, lifecycle analyses (LCA), SBTi trajectories, CSRD support — and help organizations turn data and regulations into clear, actionable decisions.

As a team, we:

• Combine analytical rigor with a strong customer success mindset

• Act as trusted advisors , not just technical analysts

• Thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment , sharing methods, scripts, and lessons learned

• Work closely with Customer Support, Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure our clients succeed and our methodologies stay robust

About the role

Our Strategic Accounts-team is searching for a mission-driven junior Climate Strategy Expert who’s passionate about supporting customers with climate advisory while owning their post-sale experience. This hybrid role blends sustainability strategy with relationship and account development. You’ll be a key player in turning climate ambition into action - one customer at a time.

What you will do:

• You are the trusted person for our customers , with whom you’ll build long-term relationships

• You understand the customers’ carbon footprints and are a thought leader that educates them on carbon measurement, target setting, carbon reduction, and carbon investments. You guide their path towards a net-zero future.

• You are the voice of our customers ; the connection between them and our product, where you help shape the future in a fast-changing industry.

• ✨ You help our customers understand and navigate our product ; you onboard them on the platform and drive interest for additional product and service offerings. This will accelerate their journey towards net-zero carbon emissions.

• You are proactive in customer initiatives leading to high satisfaction, retention and growth.

• You identify upsell and expansion opportunities in your book of business.

Skills to succeed

• 2–4 years of experience in customer success, climate consulting, ESG strategy, or account management, with at least one year of experience in carbon accounting.

• Understanding of corporate sustainability and climate frameworks (e.g. SBTi, GHG Protocol).

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Educational background within the sustainability or environmental field.

• Drive to learn and grow with a fast-moving mission-led team. ⚡️

• Full fluency in English , French is a bonus.
