SPS TESTING/ QUALIFICATION ENGINEER

Job Description

• Establish with SPS Contractor Integration Testing Planning and Schedule
• Ensure that the internal interfaces with other SPS entities (Engineering, Planning, Disciplines and Fabrication) are adequately handled.
• Identify all equipment and tooling for testing purposes and coordinate deliveries for testing purposes and final deliveries
• Integrate the Testing Schedule on the Overall Package Schedule identifying criticality and synergy
• Coordinate and revise, in conjunction with other COMPANY Package Leaders, all integration testing procedures issued by the Contractor/s.
• Follow up and manage as COMPANY Representative on the test site, all integration testing of the SPS Package, including EFAT, stack up Tests, SIT, etc
• Ensure that all materials and equipment will be available for the testing as well as ensure that procedures, Test HAZID, and all engineering/safety activities are completed before testing
• Provide daily reports of the testing activities and then follow up on possible punch list items ensuring the close-up in coordination with Package Engineers and Quality.

• Assess and monitor the Technical Qualification Program and ensure all technologies employed for the SPS Equipment are qualified for the intended purpose and conditions
• Supervise Qualification and Testing activities with the technical assistance of the SPS discipline leaders
• Shall monitor the impact of the qualification and testing program on the SPS schedule

Qualifications

- Qualification: High experience and technical expertise in SPS Execution Testing
- Professional Experience: At least 20 years
- Experience within a project: At least 15 years

- Location (country/site): France / Paris - Contractor Work Unit and Testing locations with periodic missions to follow activities in Paramaribo / Suriname
