Manager Medical Monitoring

Main responsabilities :

• Supervise and coordinate all Medical Monitoring team activities
• Support the Director of Medical Affairs in strategy, goal setting, and team management
• Prepare financial offers related to Medical Monitoring activities
• Collaborate with Finance on forecasting and invoicing
• Act as primary contact for clients and contribute to business development
• Provide backup support to Medical Monitors when needed.

Requirements

About You

• Experience: Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Solid understanding of the medical review of study participant data (verbatim, coded, or in a listings form) and electronic data capture (EDC) environments.
• Strong experience in Medical Monitoring and team leadership
• In-depth knowledge of clinical regulations (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, etc.)
• Project management and client relationship skills
• Leadership, autonomy, organizational skills, and teamwork mindset
• Skills: Familiarity with outsourced service management (CROs, academic collaborations, etc.), Proactive mindset, with the ability to challenge needs constructively and support strategic decision-making.
• Education: Scientific degree (Master's level - Bac +5) in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related Life Sciences
• Languages: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. French would be considered a plus.
