Your Mission
As a Healthcare Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, working closely with the service head to:
- Coordinate : Ensure the safety and smooth progression of patient care pathways.
- Lead : Inspire and support your nursing teams in their professional development.
- Manage Human Resources : Oversee scheduling and the onboarding of new talents and students.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Essential Qualification : A valid Healthcare Manager diploma is required.
- Expertise : Experience in psychiatry and eating disorders is highly desirable.
Working Conditions
This position offers a competitive salary range of €48,000 - €50,000 gross annually. You will also benefit from a supportive work environment that values your contributions.
